ernesto sirelli video

If you feel you have seen this article, it is possible, I had posted it last year and there’s also a the French version here. Une video que tout entrepreneur doit voir : Ernesto Sirolli. As it’s summer I decided to change a bit the way I offer my reruns and I repost changing the date an article already posted.

I Saw this on a blog lately, and I was really moved by this Ted video Ernesto Sirolli : Want to help someone? Shut up and listen of because for the first time I heard the truth about why most of nonprofit organization in africa are failing and why it’s totally absurd to keep on going that way.  Dr. Ernesto Sirolli perfectly illustred Albert Einstein quote « Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. » Italian-born, Dr. Ernesto Sirolli is the Founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international nonprofit organization that teaches community leaders how to establish and maintain Enterprise Facilitation projects in their community.  Dr. Sirolli is a noted authority in the field of sustainable economic development, and is in demand as a speaker worldwide. In 1985, he pioneered in Esperance, a small rural community in Western Australia, a unique economic development approach based on harnessing the passion, determination, intelligence, and resourcefulness of the local people.

I needed to share this with you, because, it’s something that a lot of entrepreneurs also do, not listening to prospects pains when they approached them. I told about this, on this top : 3 best ways to a successful prospecting plan.

Isn’t he absolutely incredible ? So easy, so simple to ask about the pains and just shup up and listen to them.
