Nowadays you don’t need much to use this method, just your Iphone and a friend.
Step 1. Rehearsal alone your appointment (or call)
Step 2. Ask a friend to play your role, and play yourself the role of your prospect
Step 3. Make a video of the rehearsal (or record your call if it’s for telecalls)
Step 4. Analyze the video to identify your weak points
