A lot of you dear readers have been busy lately with the children back to school or just planning for the falls meetings, so here I’m back in september with a updated inspirational topic my top 3 female mentors post. Well, actually, I’ve never met most of these mentors, but I have establishing a deep, involved relationship with their work. I know where they came from and where they are standing today. I do you believe in the power of learning from others, when you are exposed every single week or day to intelligent, driven, and passionate women who do what you want to do, who had achieved what you want to achieve or who simply know how to crack moves in your industry that you still are looking to do. Even if at the moment, I can’t afford to have them as real mentors to directly motivated, coached or advised me, I do read their blogs and facebook posts, watch theirs videos about topics of my interest. And all this their successes or failures are lessons I learn for myself. So they are not only role models for me, because nowadays with all informations that we can have online, I made a commitment and planned my own course with them. So they really do counsels and teaches me on specifics topics. I don’t considered them as perfect since nobody is but I do take my classes with them, without them even knowing about me. But does it really matters ?
Mentor #1: Oprah Winfrey
People knows her name in France, but she’s not popular and I follow her for years now thanks to my new orleans girl friend Robin. I used to look at the « after show » online years ago when I first heard about her. After that I bought the « O » magazine every time I could find it in Paris. She became a mentor after I followed all her soul series that I still have on my computer. So I learn from her, every day in differents ways.
Mentor #2: Pam Hendrickson
A friend of mine sends me a link to one of her video and I knew from that moment that she was the one to follow for everything regarding marketing funnels and products launches.
Mentor #3: Mari Smith
I came accross her name while I was writing my first ebook about Facebook. Actually since then she still blows me, she found out her niche, her style and improve year after year.
Now tell me about you ? Have you ever been mentored by a woman or do you have any role models that you are learning from any how ?
I only know Oprah Winfrey I like her but my role models are Aung San Suu Kyi, the beauty guru Michelle Phan and Superwoman aka Lilly Singh. And you also are very inspiring to me Grace. xo

You know what I think about Oprah Winfrey Grace I follow her on Facebook and I wish you a career as rich as hers. Good article but something is missing according to me. I was very inspire by Susan Lenglen and Marie Curie, but there were not role modele or mentors for me, my mentors are all men.
