Website marketing : a contact box tool to engage more clients

grace bailhache tips engagement website

For a Valentine’s day campaign I have tested last year Speakpipe A Simple Plugin to add a Voicemail on Your Website, for severals reasons, it’s doesn’t really works that well, the expection was a 50 % and the conversions grows only 20% thanks to the plugin. I have discover vCITA website while searching for website & social networks tools to capture more business opportunities for some members of my case studies team. They really needs to join the conversation. As you might know I currently used Aweber on my website and Facebook for signs up forms, follow up, newsletters…. But one must always searching for the best way for an active Website & Lead Generation. And vCITA might be the right solution for some of my members. Because I find the perfect contact box for the conversation to happen. This too is displayed on every page of the website) , it offered a proactive and welcome message to personalize , and some buttons that offer an immediate call-to-action.

Had a look on that video that shows you how it works

I didn’t try it out yet, because, I think one must do it while having a campaign in order to benefits from a high traffic and really measured the results. That will be my next step to figure out if that tools really encourage visitors and prospect to engage the conversation.

Share your thoughts about this tool, do you think small business can benefit of it ? Would you be willing to answers more easily in such case and why ?
