About me

Hi, Grace Bailhache here !

It has been an honor and a pleasure to  serve some of you with efficient ways to strategize your ideas and create actionable plans to build and launch your marketing campaign offline and online.

When I decided to start my business in 2010, this is the first blog I created before the website for my activity as a marketing consultant. I have always kept this address to share my expertise, while I used the website through my e-books and e-free magnets to create my lists and craft various segments of my persona buyer.

To cope with particular queries, I created two other blogs: The first was first used to test a platform before becoming a place of creativity on which I share discoveries and tools. The second is a technical blog on which I test a unch of things on demand or for me sharing the results with tutorials initially videos, today only pictures. I have been a lucky marketing consultant for the past years until the unexpected happens, I had a cancer in 2013, apparently the Universe has plans for me because we beat it together and I'm still alive and kicking.

Even when I stopped my activity, I always kept in a corner of my head the possibility of my return, I continued to share value on my blogs and nurture the members registered on my lists.

My aha moment happened  during 2016 fall, while I was busy with a long-term consulting mission for one of Europe's fastest growing mobile companies, the perfect match with a friendly cosmopolitan team, travels and all that jazz. I should have been the happiest girl in the world, considering the economy and I was totally grateful for this opportunity. So I remove myself from a job, that was no longer  meaningful and fulfilling. Since then, I valued my time in a different way and went after a rewarding business that is a blessing for others. There are only so many things one can do in a year, so I’ve intentionally limited the scope of where and how I’m focusing my attention. That's the reason why I stop the English part of this blog.

I'am happily leaving  my new journey as the founder of @AssoSolos a social and solidarity-based economy project, which purpose is to guide non profit and freelancers using my marketing expertise specially how to build solid funnel to grow an audience and increase revenues. My guidance is all about leveraging talents, skills to increase joy and happiness as well as prosperity.

Thanks to the inclusive lottery "Christmas in fall" since December 2017 until June 2018, my mission is to engage in private Facebook groups, charity, association, non-governmental organization and freelancers who enter this program. While creating a website for two winners, I expose all my students to the professional world world of marketing and communication strategies, to empower them with opportunities to add a new dynamic to engage customers or sponsors, to execute solutions, and resolve problems while always matching the strong value of a more cooperative and supportive society.

journee femme africaine aoua keita a propos

In 2014, I came across a post about Aoua Keita a figure of the independence movement, syndicalism and feminism in Mali. The International African Women's Day was created at her initiative in 1962.  I  start my tribute on this blog, inspired by her outstanding leadership and by the progress she managed to achieve, despite the many difficulties with which she has to contend.

In 2015, I have created a dedicate platform where, every year, I host and coordinate "La contribution digital à la Journée Internationale de la Femme Africaine" which is, an online tribute to celebrate the International African Womens day on July 31. Every new edition has a theme and a dream team, which mission is to highlight past and present inspiring African and Afro descendants muses of all backgrounds from June 21 to middle august, on our blog and social media.

In 2017, I have launched an exclusive lottery dedicated to African women freelancers and charity association founders which results will be presented March 8 2018. I also planned a special prize to support and empower our youngest entrepreneurs which have been deleted and hopefully will be launched for our 5 anniversary in 2018.

One last thing... Here is a quick tip on how to easily pronounce my married name Bailhache, the first part "bail" sounds like  the verb "buy" and the second part "hache" is the same than "ash" and when you mix both of them, you have buyash. See, how easy is it !!!
