It’s obvious that if you are surround by negative people all the time, chances are that you will become negative too after a while. We are influenced by our entourage, how they think, behave and dream. This topic was one of my motivational episode last month. And although it’s hard to face it, sometimes, we are stucked in place, because we refuse to move forward when moving forward also means changing « entourage. Whether is a big brother or mentor who’s made the big life moves we haven’t made yet pr just people who think like us, who dream like us who are willing to do what needs to be done . It’s all about evaluate who are the people you spend most time with and evaluate if those people will really be those that will help you get to the next level you want to get to. Do they push you forward when you come to them with new ideas, no matter what? Or do they tell you that what you have in mind won’t work?

The way I understand it not to reduce people to economic tradeoffs by weighing their personality traits, not at all, from my perspective, it’s not about choosing people who will make you successful, it’s just about being surround by people who give you positive energy and make you feel good.

Every move we make has an effect that touches all the people around us, I like to be surround by people who believe that we’re god creatures, people who motivate me to do what I need to do to get a better life and help people.

It’s necessary if you want to succeed to deeply think about the people you interact with. Obviously it is not always possible to know people, I made a few mistakes hiring the wrong people, but at least we should always do the best to take control over the right people with whom to surround ourselves. I don’t like when people claims that they have no choice, even at work, you still have the choice of how long you spend time with a collegue. Even with your boss, you can build a security wall. That my opinion Grace.

Mood and feeling are contagious that why I choose differently and since I know you Grace I have done a lot of changes in my life, good things I didn’t think I could do, after an conversation with you I’m always the king of the world, everything is possible, you always have a positive way to see even the problems. Grace I agree with all that. It’s obvious that she read Plato who said People are like dirt. They can either nourish you and help you grow as a person, or they can stunt your growth and make you wilt and die.
